Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FC Aircon Servicing's website and services. By booking a service with us or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services we provide

FC Aircon Servicing provides residential and commercial aircon services in Singapore, including:

  • Aircon repair (24/7 emergency dispatch)
  • Aircon servicing and maintenance
  • Chemical wash and full chemical overhaul
  • Service contracts (quarterly residential, monthly commercial)
  • Aircon installation (window, split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, ducted)
  • Commercial aircon services for offices, F&B, and retail
  • Gas top-up and refrigerant work (R22, R32, R410A)

2. Booking and quotes

All quotes are provided in writing before any work begins. The quote you receive is the price you pay, subject to:

  • If diagnosis on-site reveals additional faults, we issue a new written quote before doing the extra work. You can accept, decline, or get a second opinion.
  • CBD jobs (Raffles Place, Marina Bay, Shenton Way, Tanjong Pagar) carry a flat $20 surcharge disclosed before dispatch.
  • Multi-unit chemical wash or overhaul attracts tiered discount pricing applied upfront.

3. Pricing and payment

Indicative pricing for our services is published at /pricing/. We accept Cash, Credit Card, PayNow, and Bank Transfer. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Workmanship warranty

  • Installation: 12-month workmanship warranty.
  • Repair: 90-day workmanship warranty on the same fault.
  • Parts: covered by the manufacturer's warranty (separate from our workmanship warranty).

Workmanship warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surge, third-party tampering, or wear and tear.

5. Service contracts

Service contracts are billed in advance for the contract period. Contract terms include:

  • Scheduled visit cadence (quarterly residential, monthly commercial)
  • Priority dispatch during peak season
  • Discounted rates on chemical wash, parts, and gas top-up
  • Cancellation: 30 days' notice; refund of unused visits on a pro-rata basis

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a non-emergency booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $40 admin fee. Emergency bookings: only the base call-out ($40, plus CBD surcharge if applicable) applies if you decline the quoted repair after diagnosis.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate unit details (brand, age, symptom) when booking.
  • Clear access to indoor and outdoor units before the technician arrives.
  • Obtain management approval for outdoor work in condos or restricted properties.
  • Be present (or arrange access) at the agreed appointment time.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost business, lost food, consequential damages) unless caused by gross negligence.

9. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website (scraping, hacking, attempting to disrupt service). Content on this site is owned by FC Aircon Servicing and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved in the Singapore courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
