This Privacy Policy explains how FC Aircon Servicing ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information you share with us via this website, our phone hotline, or in-person service visits. It applies to all interactions with FC Aircon Servicing in Singapore.

• Service details: the aircon brand, age, model, and a description of the symptom — so we arrive with the right parts.
• Payment information: we accept Cash, Credit Card, PayNow, and Bank Transfer. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.
• Website usage data: standard analytics (pages viewed, device type) via cookies — used to improve the site.

How we use your information

• To schedule service visits and dispatch technicians to your address.
• To send written quotes, invoices, and service records.
• To contact you about your booking — confirmation, ETA updates, follow-up.
• To send service reminders (for example, quarterly servicing due) if you have opted in.
• To comply with Singapore tax, NEA, and BCA record-keeping obligations.

How we protect your information

Personal data is stored on secured servers with access limited to staff who need it for dispatch and customer service. Hardcopy records (work orders, invoices) are kept at our office at 623 Jurong West Street 61, Block 623, Singapore 640623 and shredded after the statutory retention period.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Payment processors (Card, PayNow) — to complete transactions.
• Parts suppliers — limited to the unit details required to order specific brand parts.
• Singapore authorities — only when required by law (for example, tax reporting).
