About FC Aircon Servicing
Two decades of Singapore aircon repair and maintenance, founded by John Tan and a small team of technicians who got tired of seeing customers quoted one price on the phone and a different one on the day. The strict no-hidden-costs policy is older than half the units we service.
Our story
FC Aircon Servicing started in Jurong West with a simple promise: the quote you get on the phone is the price you pay on the day. Two decades and 15,000+ serviced units later, that has not changed.
We are based at 623 Jurong West Street 61. That's why our West Region dispatch (Jurong West, Bukit Batok, Clementi, Boon Lay) runs faster than anyone else's. From there, we cover the entire island around the clock, with priority queueing for service-contract holders when the monsoon hits and everyone's aircon wants attention at once.
Our technicians are brand-trained across Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Midea, York, and Toshiba. They carry common spares on the van so most faults are fixed the first visit. And the answer to "what is this going to cost?" is always given in writing before any work begins.
Early days
Started as a small team of technicians servicing West Region HDB blocks from Jurong West.
Decade one
Expanded to commercial — first VRV/VRF maintenance contracts in CBD shophouses and offices.
Today

John Tan co-founded FC Aircon Servicing in Singapore and has personally led over 1,000 repair and maintenance jobs across HDB, condo, and CBD commercial sites. With more than 20 years on the tools, he's hands-on across every major brand (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Midea, York, Toshiba) and is the technical reviewer for every guide on this site.
