How do I know what system size I need?

We size to BTU per square metre. A typical 3-room HDB needs a System 2 (one outdoor, two indoor); a 4-room is usually System 3. For condos and larger flats, we measure during site survey.

What does basic installation include?

BCA-compliant bracket, indoor and outdoor mounting, copper piping (up to standard length), drainage line slope, refrigerant charge, vacuum pressure test, and commissioning. Extra piping length quoted by the metre.

Do you provide the unit, or do I buy separately?
